Chris Sutton has now sent a rather fiery message to West Ham United fans regarding the future of their manager David Moyes.
Moyes now appears to be under pressure once again following the dramatic 6-0 loss against Arsenal on Sunday.
In truth, the West Ham manager seems to receive more scrutiny than any other in the league, even with his side sat in eighth position.
The performance was obviously a worrying one, a culmination of the poor form since the turn of the year.
However, Moyes has proved time and time again that he can bring success to West Ham, and that both the fans and the board should trust the process.
That being said, Chris Sutton has now sent a strong warning to the West Ham fans who do want Moyes to move on.
Sutton was speaking on the BBC’s ‘The Monday Night Club’ and delivered something akin to ‘be careful what you wish for’.
In fact, Sutton thought that The Hammers would soon be calling to get David Moyes back if they did let him go.

The pundit was convinced the club would be worse off without Moyes, and called for the manager to walk.
Sutton said: “What he should do is walk away at the end of the season. Let the West Ham fans get what they want.
“Let the West Ham fans get some fancy manager in who plays an attacking brand of football then they will get in a relegation battle and what will they do? Ask for David Moyes back.”
It’s certainly a difficult one.
Moyes has brought the club so much success during his second spell, winning a European trophy that will live long in the history books.
And despite a really poor performance and loss, he probably shouldn’t be under pressure.
But from the outside, it has now felt as if West Ham have been tempted by a new project and manager for some time.
After all, the club are said to have an eye on Michael Carrick’s progress in the Championship.
But as Sutton points out, the grass isn’t always greener, and Moyes is still delivering more often than not for West Ham.
That being said, it seems the club may have already made a u-turn on his contract offer.
